Essential Responsibilities
• Partner with Global Operations Capital Asset functions to implement IT strategic initiatives, design, execution of IT solutions to digitize current processes & operations and manage related operating applications and infrastructure for global operations Capital Assets
• Define long term product roadmap and short term sprints/iterations release plan for Capital Asset products including GEARS (global appropriation request systems) and other capital assets technology product
• Apply Agile principles to translate unstructured or ambiguous customer needs/requirements into actionable user stories and work units
• Support full lifecycle of implementation to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of Capital Asset technology products.
• Design and support required software package in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest supported software development methodologies for Capital Asset process
• Create and execute documented test cases to ensure application meet functional requirements and quality criteria
Role Summary/Purpose
Responsible for programing a component, feature and or feature set. Works independently and contributes to the immediate team and to other teams across business. Contributes to design discussions.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (or above) in Computer Science or in “STEM” majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• Minimum of 5 years of system analysis, project management or system development experience in an information technology environment
• Good Knowledge of UX and Software Design Patterns.
• Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, AJAX, AngularJS)
In-depth knowledge of Web API/Service (RESTful & SOAP)
Strong working experience in DB/SQL (PostgreSQL, NOSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL or related certifications.
