Essential Responsibilities
- Set up and implement operation mechanism and policies
- Drive order/sales forecast and execution;
- Build up processes & database to generate management reports.
- Ensure tender compliance and improve the efficiency
- Implement account and territory management
- CRM system (SFDC) platform build up and maintenance; Set up or customize e-platform to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate cross-function teams to resolve customer issues & complaints, and improve NPS (Net Promoter Score)
- Conduct operation related trainings to sales team
- Other tasks assigned by the direct Manager
Role Summary/Purpose
The Sales Operation Specialist is responsible for process of ITO (inquire to order) stage, in order to support the sustainable growth for business and meet customer requirement.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 3 years or above of related work experience; Be excellent at Data analysis; Have experience of Project management or system Implement.
- Adaptive in different culture and environment; Willing to take challenges and drive changes;
- Good command of SFDC and other Office tools
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of urgency and self-motivation;
- Proven ability to deliver agreed result with strong execution power;
- Be external-focused, clear thinking and collaborative;
