Essential Responsibilities
• Lead the process to set standard cost for Indonesia/Australia/China MSAs and RDC, and update the standard cost annually
• Roll up BOM cost based on BOM updates for Indonesia/Australia MSAs
• Lead monthly or quarterly financial closing activities related to inventory: FIFO, ICP elimination, material usage, ARO, CIP, GRNI for Indonesia/Australia MSAs and RDC
• Analyze Australia MSA UX from US and report to US supply chain, and do the UX sweep and UX capitalization for Indonesia/Australia MSAs
• Support key planning/forecasting cycles (S2, IOP, quarterly forecast) for material cost, inventory of Indonesia/Australia/China MSAs and RDC
• Prepare for operation execution tracker/material usage dashboard/MSA review for Indonesia/Australia/China MSAs and RDC
• Lead annual physical inventory for Indonesia/Australia/China MSAs and RDC
• Support KPMG audit for inventory/Rotables/COGS
• Support RDC Transfer Price analysis
Role Summary/Purpose
This role is to manage cost, inventory and material flow for Transportation in APAC region including country specific MSAs and Regional Distribution Center (RDC)
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, majored in Finance and Accounting/Finance Management
• At least 3 years experiences of supply chain finance or financial analysis
• Sound financial management and accounting treatment application, established strong analytical ability, and problem solving skills
• Fluent English in both oral and written
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and embrace change, and work with cross functional teams
• Experience of Oracle is a plus
