Essential Responsibilities
1. 和医院临床科室进行科研合作,理解并实施临床医生需求,交流,设计并帮助完成相关实验课题
2. 开展临床及动物实验设计,统计分析,相关软件应用,及编程
3. 利用统计学习等方法进行数据分析及统计，和临床病理的相关性研究,并帮助中英文文章撰写及投稿等
5. 利用机器学习等方法提供临床相关科研解决方案，形成相关科研方案。
4. 捕捉并了解前沿的精准医学，人工智能等在医学领域的应用，为医院提供相关科研解决方案。
5. 开展相关的临床科研项目及参加前沿会议等需要一定的出差

This role is responsible for providing formal technical, application and clinical support to customers. Responsibilities may include providing the required product demonstrations, clinical trial support, post-sale installation, as well as application training and/or customer service activities to support sales & marketing objectives.


o Experiment design in radiology & clinical study, follow-up and SCI paper writing after the study
o Communicate with radiologists to develop new research ideas and improve/maintain customer relationships
o Develop hemodynamic software (preferred with C++) and realize its value by collaborating with radiologists on making publications with digital solutions like AI, Radiomics.
o Develop, coordinate and deliver application training to customers on equipment and software usage, optimizing and demonstrating Imaging protocols, use of Injectors
o Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration, Image Quality with Contrast Imaging protocols and promotion as well as customer training
o Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and
customer service strategies

主要面向大医院提供相关科研的支持，在肿瘤，神经，心血管领域提供基于精准医学，转化医学，人工智能等方向的解决方案
Qualifications/Requirements
职位要求:
1. 在临床或医学影像方面有3年及以上科研经历，有两篇以上SCI文章发表
2. 了解医学成像设备（PET，MR，CT等），及相关序列基本知识
3. 熟悉实验设计及相关统计分析，统计学习，回归等基础
4. 熟练掌握数据分析，及和临床病理的相关性，了解临床需求
5. 熟练基本的人工智能如机器学习，深度学习建模基础，了解相应的框架
6. 具备良好的文献调研及英文读写能力，及与客户沟通能力,理解临床需求及最新科研方向
7. 有较强的演讲，产品演示及成果展示能力, 和内部及外部客户能很好的交流

如有以下经验将被优先考虑
*熟悉CT，MRI等扫描设备及采集序列，了解放射及临床知识
*熟练掌握医学图像编程，包括图像处理，分割，配准，融合，算法实现及验证，熟练使用Matlab及C++, ITK, VTK等
*熟练掌握Python，R等编程语言，能使用其中一项进行相关统计工作。

学历要求:医学成像，电子，计算机，生物医学工程及相关专业，博士学历

o PhD/MD degree in radiology, clinical, medical physics, bioengineering, medical imaging, computer science or related filed.
o Familiar with PET/CT/MR equipment, and scanning as well as injection protocols
o Preferred with solid experience in various medical image processing algorithms in segmentation, registration or pharmacokinetic models; C++, Matlab experience are highly appreciated.
o Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region as well as nationwide
o Strong in reading English literature and writing SCI papers, good communicate skills in English
o Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
o Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills Proven professional business acumen
(experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process)
o Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
o Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
o Radiological experience in large hospital/university setting preferredMinimum three-year work experience in MNC with outstanding performance, preferred with medical industry related work experience is a plus.
