C+E China Growth and Ecosystem team is looking for a Principal PM Manager to lead the design and development of our azure.cn and marketplace portals. In this role, you will lead a group of PM and Engineers build a secured, and intelligent common platform that enables seamless content searching, purchasing, subscribing, and trial transactions, and other interactions, directly and indirectly thru partners for customers and partners all types from developer, technical to and business users.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, highly driven lead PM with an eye for innovation, passion for data and technology, and strong in business strategy and development. We expect you to growth hack, dream up smart ideas, implement and evaluate them. We’re looking for a strong developer leader writing excellent software and motivates people. If you have a history leading a highly performing team, of designing, owning and shipping software, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills, then we want to talk to you. You should have a solid understanding of the software development cycle, from architecture to testing. You’ll have a passion for quality and be a creative thinker. You’ll write secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable code, and then effectively debug it, test it and support it live.



# Responsibilities include:

• Lead a team of PM and Developers designing and building optimized web experiences (Information, Transaction and Intelligent Platform for customers and partners) for China Azure

• Define China Azure Marketing Portal and Market Place Portal development strategy and roadmap

• Design and build new features for marketing portal and marketplace platform including both frontend user experience and backend platform

• Design tools to scale analysis activities

• Optimize experimentation quality and processes

• Develop and refining metrics for evaluating success



# Requested Qualifications:

• Proven track record (10+ years) in releasing high performance software or services on time and with quality

• Prove track record (3-5+ year) in people management, leading high-performance SW development team, e-Commerce, Web & Portal preferred

• Strong design and programming skills in C# or Java.

• Expert hands-on software development expertise including object-oriented design skills, .NET etc.

• Demonstrated experience in technical requirements gathering and translation of business requirements into functional specifications.

• Familiarity with large complex multi-component systems architecture.

• Excellent analytical skills

• Experience leading and influencing virtual teams of developers to deliver global, highly available,

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write concise and accurate technical documentation, communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences, and to lead development teams.

• Experience with Cloud Platforms like Windows Azure Platform, Amazon AWS, Google Apps

• A BS/master’s in computer science or Computer Engineering

• Proficient with traditional and Agile software development methodologies.
