Job Summary

• Interposer design, 2.5D/3D design development

Job Responsiblities

• Work with global Front-End design team, package team and physical desing team for interposer design implementaion.
• Focus on bump arrangement, RDL routing, power mesh planning, power analysis, physical verification etc.

Job Requirment

• Master degree of EE related major or Bachlor degree with more than 3 years back-end experience
• Familliar with UNIX Environment
• Familiar with icc and calibre
• Familiar with RDL routing
• Good Listening, writing and speaking English
• Good communication skills
• Good at script
