Job Objective工作目标:

• In charge of General cost budget and management control of the plant

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• Assist to prepare the budget and control of budget using variance analysis and standard cost

• Assist to preparation of the plan (mid term plan) and report

• Participate to monthly CO closing

• Manage cost centers and cost estimation timely

• Assist to prepare all internal reports to both groups (HGI, SG)

• Assist to prepare costs analysis to support production improvement, prototype costs, etc.

• Support quotation of sales team based on standard cost calculation.

• Propose to the management in improvement

• Take part in Inventory control, evaluation, physical inventory

• Participate in the quality improvement process by providing and explaining relevant studies and information (e.g. cost of quality)

Job Requirements工作要求

• Education学历: Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
• Language语言: English: English: CET-6 （Fluent in spoken and written English）
• Professional Skills专业技能:

Excellent at Excel

SAP experience is a plus

Normal of other computer skill (e.g. Word, PowerPoint)

• Work experience工作经验: Above 1 year related working experience
