Job Objective工作目标:

• To ensure the safe and proper running of all the WS1/2 production equipments
•  To meet the OEE targets in term of availability (down time), machine performance and quality output
•  To ensure the AM implementation in the workshop
•  Actively manage machine improvement plans.

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• Manage all maintenance employees in order to:
• perform corrective maintenance including repairing in case of break down and elimination of all the abnormalities discovered by production team and patrol team inspection
• perform daily patrol inspection of all equipment
• perform preventive maintenance according to PM planning
• support the introduction of WCM, especially to AM
• Set up and maintain a prompt and accurate reporting system for equipment DT, MTBF and MTTR; Follow up these indicators, review and evaluate performance of maintenance operations and take necessary actions to improve them
• Constantly develop the competence of maintenance employees in machine inspection, trouble shooting method, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and quality related maintenance
• Manage machine improvement plans, annual maintenance plan and TOP priority project
• Follow-up and control the maintenance consumables and spare parts. Lead actions to reduce their costs
• Manage and control EHS activities for WS1/2 maintenance team (safe working practice, PPE, etc); ensure that the safety rules are followed by the team members
• Support engineering project in order to achieve the engineering work requirement with cost optimization and high efficiency
• Exercise administration responsibility for discipline, employee morale and harmonious relations for all maintenance employees in accordance to company policies, rules and regulations

Job Requirements工作要求

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering field such as mechanical, electrical or automation.
• Fluent English both writing and spoken
• Excellent in office software;
• Knowledge in maintenance software
• Good level in Autocad or similar
• Good experience in maintenance projects/knowledge and conception;
• Strong ability for trouble shooting and PM, TPM
• Good leadership and strong communication skill.
• >5 years site experience in automatic production line area
• Can be available on the site anytime, if necessary.
• Expert in one of the three fields: mechanical, electrical and automation
