职位描述
职位：SQM 供应商质量经理
Mission of Position
o Lead SQE team and enhance supplier management
o Conduct SQA team building on steady and to be more technical skill.
o Participate new supplier quality risk assessment.
o Monitor supplier quality performance to make early warning and improving previously.
o Lead supplier quality continuous improving with related function.
o Organize and carry out supplier audit plan.
o Implement supplier regular evaluation.
This position directly reports to Site Quality Manager in China
Tasks
o Participate LCN potential supplier quality risk assessment and support global supplier development.
o Participate IPQ and MFU kick off.
o LCN new material/changes validation in Q2 step.
o Participate to compile group annual supplier audit plan (mass production and project) with different function.
o Conduct supplier audit according to planning.
o Lead Lem China supplier quality continuous improvement.
o In charge of the suppliers development
o Support and supervise the implementation of LEM China supplier quality improvement process.
o Supplier SNCR (8D) management and improving.
o Responsible for non-compliance material disposition, follow up and verify supplier's improvement action.
o Conduct supplier quality evaluation regularly.
o In charge of the update and development of the skill matrix & development of the technical skills related to manufacturing processes (EMS, annealing, molding, plating and etc.)
o Supplier SPCN management.
o Contact window between LEM China and group SQA team.
o QADEE application
Experience and qualification
o Minimum 8 years' supplier quality management and supplier audit experience in MNC high volume mass production environment
o At least 5 years people management experience better to have a cross collaboration with oversea team
o Served in Automotive tier1 suppliers will be preferred
o ISO9000 internal auditor/ IATF16949 ISO/TS22163 audit experience is plus
o Familiar with quality tools, PPAP, 8D…
o Read drawing
o Master measurement tools and equipment
o Fluent oral and written English
o Minimum Bachelor degree level in Machinery, electronics, material or related engineering field.
o Good Communication skill
o Good business ethics
o Soft skills: reliable, team work, affinity, organization, independent working ability
