Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate regional sales team and marketing functions to achieve orders / sales target and market share;
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities in alternate channel;
- Recommend and administer channel and procedures to enhance sales force;
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors;
Direct and oversee the sales marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services in distributor channel;
- Maintain good business ethics consistent with corporate guidelines;
- Providing resources, infrastructure and support the region to channel business efficiently ;
- Develop & Maintain local government relationship for strategic project such as government procurement, rural healthcare program;
- Acquire market intelligence information and market transparency in measuring sales coverage , market share and get rid of white spot in region;
- Customer commitment delivery and problem solving;
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Medical, marketing, business or related.
- 10 years above working experience in sales, project management and technology in the field of medical equipment.
- Rich knowledge of sales cycle, opportunity management and negotiation tactics
- Excellent understanding of sales workflow, sales chain and marketing sensitivity to analysis event
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese as good command of English
- Business result-oriented, intercultural sensitivity,clear logic.
- Positive attitude, out-going personality,able to work under high pressure.
- Frequent travel is required.
