Main Responsibilities:

1) As the project manager of UOB China Shared infrastructure Service team (SIS), coordinate SIS infrastructure platform (network, server, voice system, cabling and client desktop) engineers for project pre-required technical preparation, and manage the implementation of the service delivery, which includes but not limited to below:

    a) Project manage to coordinate SIS infrastructure engineers to setup infrastructure per project requirement within approved budget number according to required timeline, includes technical design preparation, purchasing, new setup, hardening implementation & configuration, and handover;

    b) Project manage to coordinate SIS infrastructure engineers to support and full-fill Group SIS leading project implementation in local;

    c) Report SIS projects status to SIS head in regular basis.

2) As governance control manager of UOB China SIS team, assists SIS head to deliver the governance control in BAU, which includes but not limited to below:

    a) Understand and work with Group SIS governance control team to ensure the compliance in local;

    b) Understand the regulation to ensure the compliance in local;

    c) Track and update the local governance control, provide the row data or reports per requirement;

    d) Assist SIS team for vendor and document management.

3) Other works assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

1) Education: Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology or Computer Science relevant.

2) Above 10 years working experience for project management and governance control in banking enterprise independently.

3) Sound knowledge for the technology of infrastructure.

4) Sound knowledge in regulation.

5) Rich project management knowledge and execution experience in project management full life-cycle.

6) Sound knowledge in change management, incident management and capacity management.

7) Sound knowledge for operational processing concept on QA and IS management.

8) Specific knowledge & skills:

    a) Knowledge: Knowledge and working experience on network, server, voice system, cabling or client desktop operation is better

    b) Language: Good oral and written skills in both English and Mandarin

    c) Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office

    d) Other skills: 1, Capability and willing to learn new knowledge; 2, Hardworking, good in communication and teamwork; 3, available for OT

9) Qualification: have PMP certificate or technical certificate, e.g. CCIE, MCSE, is better.
