Main Responsibilities:

1. Working in UOBC SIS (Shared infrastructure Service) team for voice and cabling operations.

2. Working for voice system (Avaya IP PABX/NEC digital PABX/VoIP) daily operation independently as well as working with Group team, which include:

• voice system maintenance and troubleshooting
• voice system change and upgrade according to Group instruction
• voice system capacity planning
• voice system KPI report analysis

3. Working on cabling daily operation independently as well as working with Group team and vendor, which mainly include cabling maintenance and troubleshooting.

4. Working on server room/patching room daily operation independently.

5. Project deployment for voice system and cabling implementation. Coordinate infrastructure setup for various branch related projects mainly for business expansion in China including vendor management, documentation, handover etc.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology or Computer Science relevant.

2. Yrs of relevant experience: Above 7 years in working experience for operation in a medium or large sized IP or Digital voice environment.

3. Rich knowledge and working experience on cabling operations.

4. Rich working experience on handling voice and cabling related projects.

5. Strong operational processing concept on change management, incident management and capacity management.

6. Strong operational processing concept on QA and IS management.

7. Specific knowledge & skills:

• Knowledge: Knowledge and working experience on voice adjunction system, such as recording system, IVR system and IPC system, is better
• Language: Good oral and written skills in both English and Mandarin
• Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Other skills: 1, Capability and willing to learn new knowledge; 2, Hardworking, good in communication and teamwork; 3, available for OT

8. Qualification: Avaya ACACN, ACACS, or Commscope engineer certificate is better.
