Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

1)Perform failure modes analysis for BMP module and find out the root cause. Assess the quality risk of the products.
负责模块电源失效模式分析并找出失效原因。评估产品的质量风险
2)Provide failure mode analysis report (8D report) to CTSC, Quality, R&D, CM and relevant team, and follow up with function team to insure the right corrective actions will be effective implement.
向CTSC，质量，研发，外包制造厂及相关团队提供故障模式分析报告(8D报告)，并跟进其他职能团队以保证改善行动有效进行
3)Manage all types of defect and analysis data from customers or end-customers.
管理从客户方和终端客户方的不良分析数据和报告
4)Apply statistical tool to summarize the top issues found at customer side or production field and provide the expertise to function team. And work with function team to put the improvement plan in practice to achieve the purpose of continuous improvement.
运用统计工具来概括在客户方或生产领域上发现问题，并向相关职能部门提供专业知识。与他们一起工作，以落实改善方案，在实践中要达到的目的，不断改进
5)Deal with failures analysis and solve quality issues at customer side if urgency.
紧急情况下，到客户现场进行失效分析并解决质量问题。
6)Establish and manage FMA labs
建立和管理FMA实验室

Qualifications/Requirements

1)At least 5 years of working experience in Power related industry with sound knowledge and strong ability in terms of simulates circuit and digital circuit analysis. Having product R&D experience preferred.

2)Familiar with reliability related knowledge and safety related knowledge.
