Role Summary/Purpose

Lead the process of setting up as well as implementing indirect sourcing procedure for GE healthcare (shanghai ) Co Ltd under the leadership of Great China Indirect Sourcing Manager Strictly follow indirect sourcing procedure, response to Purchase Requests from other functions and departments, finalize indirect material, service, project and equipment procurement to ensure the success of operation and in the meantime to realize cost control budget. Collect industrial intelligence; effectiv

Essential Responsibilities

Selecting, evaluating and managing current / new indirect suppliers according to various business needs Maintain / establish strong compliance culture and robust indirect sourcing processes across entire MDx Shanghai Plant and MDx distribution as well as other GEHC sites to leverage buying power and optimize usage control to achieve significant cost savings for the business. Interact with cross-function team to ensure customer satisfaction in using indirect suppliers Ensure supplier delivery, quality and other service level under a continuous improvement by setting up appropriate vendor performance evaluation system. The indirect sourcing leader reports directly to Indirect sourcing manager Great China.

Qualifications/Requirements

Relevant university degree (M.Sc., B.Sc.) required. Business qualifications to master the position are essential. At least 3 years solid sourcing experience or related operationGood knowledge of Finance and wide knowledge and understanding of Pharmaceutical requirements.Be proficiency in English and Chinese communication.Be able to work independently and under pressure
