Responsibility

• Handle daily seafreight Import LCL operations, dealing with clients and our overseas network;
• Coordinate with overseas offices for shipment planning and arrangement;
• Communicate direct with carriers and other service providers for managing the sea shipment;
• Monitor and track cargo flow together with carrier;
• Monitor AR and follow up with clients for timely payments;
• Create Job Number and input shpt information in System and Excel list;
• Account Code appliaction with Finance Dept.
• Prepare the payment request;
• Submit the approved payment request with original invoices to Finance Dept.on weekly basis;
• Input invoice information in system;
• Other tasks assigned by SF manager

Requirement

• Industry knowledge for handling procedures of sea freight, if noted by both import and export which will be preferable.
• Associate degree or above.
• At least 3 years experience in freight forwarder(foreign freight forwarder experience preferred).
• Good communication skill with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.CET-4 or above.
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality to work independent.
• Results-orientated and proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
