Role Summary/Purpose

Provide technical leadership to the aviation mechanical system structure analysis team cross a range of programs from new designs to sustaining engineering of products in service; be responsible for the analysis team growth, analysis process and way of working definition and the quality of all analysis deliverables.(领导航空机械系统分析团队进行结构分析，涉及从新设计项目到在服务的一系列项目；责任包括分析团队的成长，分析流程和工作方式的

Essential Responsibilities

· Make sure that the team execute the aviation structural analysis work (static and F&DT analysis) with assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.(确保团队使用合适的工程准则进行航空结构件静强度以及损伤容限分析，设计应遵循行业标准，设计准则，设计流程以及项目需求)
· Be responsible for schedule and deliverables for all analysis projects; perform resource allocation among all projects per project needs(负责所有分析项目的交付质量，时间表；依据项目需求在项目之间调配资源)
· Documents technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures.（按照工程准则和流程来记录数据）
· Provides timely communications with people from design, system，program and customer;（与设计，系统,项目管理人员以及客户进行及时沟通）
· Participates as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews. （作为演示者或评审者参与项目和技术评估会议）

Other Responsibility: Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Compliance and Expectations: To ensure your 100% compliance with the Safe Production Law of P.R. China and with GE's EHS Policy (20.3), all CTC employees must: understand and comply with CTC's EHS Policy, safety instructions and established job specific safety procedures and rules; correctly use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE); obey PPE signals; complete applicable EHS training; participate in accident, injury & illness prevention activities; enhance their knowledge of risk mitigation and emergency response skills ; and timely report near-miss cases, unsafe conditions and acts.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Majored in Mechanical or Mechanics, Master degree or above (机械或力学相关专业硕士及以上学历）
· At least 5 years of experience on aviation mechanical structural analysis (static and F&DT); at least 2 years of experience as a team leader or project leader (至少五年以上的航空机械结构静强度以及疲劳分析经验，至少两年以上团队主管或者项目主管经验)
· Familiar with FEA software， PATRAN and NASTRAN preferred (精通并熟练应用有限元分析软件(PATRAN 和NASTRAN等)）
· Strong mechanics knowledge, could conduct conventional/hand calculation for given mechanics problem (有扎实的力学理论基础，能对给定力学结构进行简化计算)
· Be integrity and compliance (为人正直诚信)
· Good oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and in English (具有良好的口语和书面沟通能力)
· Good team player, could work independently and work under pressure (具有团队合作精神及独立工作能力，并能够承受工作压力)

Desired Characteristics

· 8 years of experience on engineering; （8年以上工程经验）
· Demonstrated good leadership skills and problem solving skills;（很好的领导技巧和解决困难的技巧）

· Have knowledge or experience on airworthiness certification (具有适航取证的经验或知识)
