Job Functions

Responsible for overall quality, efficiency and compliance of the RTR(Record to Reporting) process execution including month-end closing, Group Reporting, cost management, tax accounting and coordinate annual reporting and tax audit for 5 legal entities in China.

    

Major Tasks include, but not limited to:

    

• Lead 5-7 GL accountants to perform RTR daily operation for Grundfos China, including month-end closing, Group Reporting, cost management, tax accounting and coordinate annual reporting and tax audit for 5 legal entities in China.
• Act as subject matter expert and drive continuous improvement of service and process performance through identification of best practice, harmonization and knowledge management
• Responsible for regular RTR related process policy review and SOP update

Requirement

• >= 7 years relevant GL and reporting experience, including at least 3 years people management experience
• Deep SAP knowledge
• Fluent oral and written English
• Experience of leading GL and reporting process enhancement project
• Candidate with both auditing and corporate reporting experience preferred
• Based in Shanghai, with regular travel to Suzhou &Wuxi
