沟通渠道Communication methods

对内沟通Inside communication: Strong communication with Finance team, Function / Work stream leaders, Plant OpEx Mgr. occasional communication with plant heads & GM.

对外沟通Outside communication: Strong communication with Global BEO team, including Global Work stream leader, Global Dragon leader, Global finance leader.

主要职责-列出主要工作任务Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:

To support Business Excellent Office in Cost saving / Financial Improvement Program & other Business Excellence tasks in region China.

- Driving financial improvement program forward in region China, with supporting from function & Work Stream Leaders.

- Tracking and report improvement projects from BD/Sales, R&D, Purchasing, VAVE, Production, Logistics, Quality, SG&A departments, and valuate improvement project for financial result.

- Support to improve and standardize Dragon program work process.

- Managing labor efficiency improvement program in China regional HQ.

- Support other BEO and CEO office tasks.

Data Analysis Strong ability of data driving analysis. Good skill in excel. Enterprise thinking & Collaboration Generate enterprise thinking and collaboration at team level Adaptation & Innovation Manage teams through change Influence Create influencing strategies at team level Initiative Manage teams ability to initiate action to remove waste

学历与经验Education and Experience:

Bachelor; major in Finance or Business management is recommended.

2-3 years working experience in Finance / Controlling department, Continuously Improvement Program, in automobile industry is welcome.

Fluent in English and Mandarin
