MISSION :
? An excellant Mechanical Engineer specialist in machines & equipments for plastic industry , used to define specifications and to follow up machine manufacturing for plastic parts and components assembly.
? He is motivated to follow up the design , manufacturing and trials of our new machines and equipment build in China for our China factory.
? Responsible on the activy from Design stage to production improvement.
? In charge of the setting and fine tuning of the machines .
? With an adequate experience in the Injection Molding process and assembly for technical parts.
? Able to attend the technical review with the supplier and internal colleague to make sure the machines will be efficient ,he will proposed the corrective action to improve Machines reliability and performance.
? Should be able to analyse any technical issue ; take the appropriate action or countermeasure to support the production.
? He will built the process and machines with a rigorous documentation and procedure..
? Should be competent in problem solving for all process related issues
? Should be hands in machine maintenance
? Should have years of experience in Moulding shop and automatic assembly line.
? Good skills in mechanical, assembly process and maintenance of automatic equipments.
? Good Analytical Skill and hands on trouble shooting
? He will be able to train technicians and workers on the new processes
? Very quality conscious and leading the design changes with rigor .
Experienced in the job:
? Around 5-7 years of rich experience in plastic industry as senior process engineer. Recognized for his expertise.
? Very good written and verbal communication skills and being able to work in an international working context, Fluent in English.

Detailed competency required :

? Should be able to built the specifications, analyse the machine drawing, give advice to ensure this machine will match with our requirement and reach the performences.
? Follow up the machine trial and propose the appropriate improvement and respect on the cycle time.
? Good knowledge in complexe assembly machines (Strong automation knowledge & plastic industry equipments).
? Very good in organisation and documentation.
? Able to deal with preventive maintenance to reach the Automotive Quality targets.
? Have a good level on technical English
? Strong communication skills as well as a good team player; Technically / conceptually sound in his domain. (Handling abroad colleague)
? Use to work with Microsoft and used to make report.
