Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy for drives business to achieve the organisation’s short and long-term sales goals
Sales Strategy, Policies and Tools
-Work with LBU Manager to develop strategy and plan including Sales, Marketing, Industry, Pricing and Channel that are consistent with the LBU’s overall mission, vision and long-term objectives.
-Execute BU marketing and sales strategy, initiatives and sales tools in CN
-Prepare sales forecasts; establish sales targets and monitor the performance of organization against these goals.
Sales Management
-Oversee the overall sales and marketing budget, monitor the cost and effectiveness of sales and marketing activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending for Great China (including Hong Kong , Macau)
-Pursue major prospects and leads and negotiate terms of sales with major clients that will maximize the organization’s business interests.
-Ensure all the sales activities are compliance with legal requirement and company’s regulations
-Develop and manage sales channels and networks..
-Establish and maintain positive relationships with key accounts.
-Influence for sales activities among LBU, ABB China and Global BU team.
Leadership
-Lead, direct, evaluate and develop the organization’s sales and marketing force to achieve established sales and profit goals.
-Guide and motivate the subordinates
-Manage, coach, develop sales managers.
-Plan, implement and control sales costs.
-Select and identify qualified talents and develop sales organization
-Keep and improve the competitiveness of the company, stand on market leader position and enlarge the distance with other competitors
-Graduate level with Industrial Automation and Electrification or equivalent experience
-Deep understanding of product, channel, market of motors, generators
-Deep understanding of local market
-15+ years related experience in sales and sales management
-Strong sales management skills and excellent leadership skills
-Strong negotiation skills
-Excellent innovation spirit
-Strategic view on the market development, channel management and people development
