Job Purpose:
Directs and controls the production activities, manages the unit to achieve targeted output at targeted highest quality standards, whilst operating within defined cost budgets.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Management of production to achieve targeted quality ensuring efficiency and quantity as per production plan.
2.Continuous improvement of production procedures and resources; develops and implements strategies aimed at improving quality.
3.Ensures the delivery to customers on time
- by effective planning of workflow, personnel and equipment
- by effective implementation and control of procedures
- by effective material control and inventory management
- by control of bonded warehouse
4.Sets, maintains and manages high standards of operation, ensures operating efficiency and compliance with company policies and safety procedures; implements local regulations in close contact with government and non-government organisations
5.Determines proper staffing and skill levels for the production by personnel recruitment, training and development in consultation with senior management

Requirement:
1.Equal of better Bachelor degree (Master preferred) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,
Industrial Engineering, Production- Mechanical Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Optical Science or related field.
2.Experience in managerial position with multinational company in Processing Industry (Chemical, Pharmaceutical or Food) or Manufacturing Industry is essential. Experience in international quality
systems (Six Sigma, TQM, QA, GMP, ISO) beneficial
3.Strong leadership and staff management abilities; ability to motivate employees;
Excellent command in English; excellent communication and intercultural skills
4.Comprehensive knowledge of local labour law, HSSE regulations and bonded factory regulations
