职位描述

1. Work under pressure and fast-paced environment to resolve issues quickly and ensure the daily operation is smooth
2. Act as a contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT related issues and queries.
3. Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone, email, Skype chat etc.
4. Take ownership of users’ requests and follow up the status of that on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner
5. Update all taken actions and information into ticket system in a timely manner
6. To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries
7. Maintain knowledge database to ensure all information is up-to-date
8. Define / Improve processes and workflow
9. VIP support and care
10. Communicate with regional support to resolve user’s request
11. Perform inventory collection and management of desktop hardware with the coop with OFC
12. Handling new software request and maintain a correct software licensing record
13. Coordinate the purchasing of new desktop item between users and the Procurement team

任职要求:
1. University graduated
2. 7 years of working experience as IT support / operation / project management
3. Knowledge of IT infrastructure
4. Responsible and committed team player with strong interpersonal skills
5. Excellent communication skills and customer-centric attitude
6. Able to follow process and procedure
7. Able to work both independently and as a team player
8. Able to learn quickly and work under a fast pace environment
9. Able to Work in multi-language and multi-cultural environment
10. Able to communicate to technical and non-technical staff in verbal and / or written form in Mandarin and English
