职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 参与设备的早期管理，包括设备安装、调试、验收；
2. 建立以TPM为核心的设备维修管理体系，包括设备预防性维修计划、维修手册、维修记录，有效降低设备故障率；
3. 培训指导监督维修人员严格执行TPM
4. 领导液压机、激光切割机、烘炉等设备的故障诊断、维修方案制定和维修的执行，快速修复设备故障，并及时报告维修情况；
5. 建立设备设施卡，运行维保记录，维修及大修记录，确保所有设施信息和维修活动可查、可追溯；
6. 统计分析历史维修保养记录，持续改进设备维修质量；
7. 备品备件的预测和库存设定；
8. 对维修团队提供技术支持和培训；
9. 监督管理维修人员遵守安全生产规程和制度；
10. 做好现场的5S、可视化、安全、培训、文档、备品备件等管理体系建设；
11. 和客户生产部门保存密切沟通，及时响应客户报修和其他服务要求，根据生产安排制定预防性维修计划，并报告执行情况。
任职资格：
1.30-40岁，大专以上学历，机械液压等相关专业，英语良好；
2.身体健康，五官端正，良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识，愿意从事设备维修管理工作；
3.有5年以上大型机电生产设备维修、机加设备维修经验，动手实践能力强；
4.熟练掌握液压系统工作原理和结构，有丰富的液压系统维修经验；
5.熟练掌握Autocad软件，精通零部件测绘、制图、材料选用、加工工艺。
6.懂TPM维修体系，并有TPM维修体系建设和推行经验；
7.工作协调能力强，有技术培训能力和工作指导经验；
8.本岗位工作地点：嘉定安亭，提供通勤班车。
