Your task:

You will support a team focusing on development and verification of a signal processing and control system implemented in ANSI-C.

All test environments connected to the system are implemented in C++ / C# / MATLAB. Core development and algorithm tuning is mostly conducted in a MATLAB script environment.

The aim is to test, optimize and verify the system functionality in vehicles for the Chinese market.

There are two main areas you will be confronted with:

Application:

? Planning and execution of test campaigns

? Analysis of data from test cases

? Suggestion of changes in the parameter setting and core code based on the analysis

? Implementation of changes in the core code when required

? Optimization of system based on test results and optimization parameters existing in system

? Development of software tools related to application

Integration:

? Adaptation of integration environment (the software layer handling the communication and logic related to a specific vehicle platform / ESC system)

? Software changes in test equipment

? Integration testing in vehicles with target HW

? Diagnosis design specific for a certain vehicle platform / ESC system

Your competence:

We are looking for a Master engineer with background in applied physics or computer science, electronics, mechatronics or automotive engineering with focus on signal processing, modeling and/or software development, both high and low level.

Work experience and a solid experience with the following tools and methods is mandatory:

？ Development environments and tools (e.g. Visual Studio, MATLAB/Simulink, AUTOSAR tools, CANalyzer, CANoe/CANape, Software version management; CVS and SVN, LaTeX)

？ Programming ( e.g. C/C++/C#, SCons, Python, or XML)

？ HW / Communication (e.g. CAN, FlexRay, XCP / SPI, or TCP / Ethernet)

？ Work methodology (e.g. Agile / Scrum / Kanban, XP; test first, daily build / daily test)

Besides the candidate should have:

？ Good knowledge of functions of and communication between ECUs in automotive CAN architecture

？ Good knowledge in using PC and measurement equipment, especially MATLAB and CAN-tools (e.g. CANalyzer, CANoe)

？ Willingness to learn. The candidate will be sent to Europe for educational purposes.

？ Ability to work self dependent within the area of responsibility and in a multicultural team

？ Fluent language skills in both, English and Chinese
