岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities:

Manage the R&D team and cooperate with marketing or the other departments to fulfill the company goal.
Assure competitiveness and innovation of products and processes from a technological and design standpoint
Supports R&D projects at group level participating in meetings and sharing technical information.

任职要求 / Requirements:
Doctor degree in Molecular Biology, Molecular Medicine, Genetics Genomics or related disciplines
More than 5 years' Industrial or Lab experience in Research and Development.
NGS experience is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of Molecular biological technologies and corresponding applications.
Good project management ability to carry out the multi task at a time.
Good command in both spoken &written English and Chinese
