JOB PURPOSE

The Supervisor assists the Manager and/or Assistant Manager in daily deliverables to provide excellent service to clients. The Senior Executive manages the preparation and maintenance of payroll data to the highest levels of accuracy and ensures it is performed in a timely manner. He/she may also be required to coach the executives or junior staff in the department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage the preparation and maintenance of payroll data/payment/filing to the highest levels of accuracy and performed timely;

• Ensure related tax and payroll compliance;
• Prepare or review various reports to meet clients’ needs on timely basis;
• Maintain good relationship with clients and reply client queries in a sufficient way;

· Assists the Manager to prepare client payroll manual and internal documentations for clients;

• Coach junior team members and review their work;

Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

· Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or Accountancy or any related disciplines is preferred;

· At least 3 years of solid experience in payroll operations;

· Well-versed in local country employment ordinances, tax practices and pension and related ordinances;

· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

Previous experience in sizeable professional firms will be an advantage.
