工作职责：

1,根据每季产品特性和订货状况，策划开季产品培训材料并对全国部分区域进行培训；

2，根据周期性的到货状况制作产品培训材料，包括流行趋势，搭配方案，销售话术，异议解答等；并在店铺实际跟进员工产品知识的掌握情况，提高员工产品掌握和专业知识水平；

3，及时根据销售数据和店铺及顾客反馈，灵活制作相应的培训材料；

4，制作培训视频和管理在线学习平台；

5，完成培训经理安排的其他工作事宜.

岗位要求：

1，本科及以上学历，服装相关专业毕业优先，热爱服装行业；

2，2-3年相关工作经验；

3，优秀的图片处理和视频编辑能力，熟练运用office软件；

4，较强的时尚审美能力，热爱时尚和搭配。
