职位描述
Responsibilities
Create and implement in-game animations as an integral part of the asset delivery pipelines.
Work with Art Director and Animator to collaboratively bring characters and vehicles to life, polishing the animations and solving problems.
Create animation events and sequences in game with Game Designers and Art Director.
Create scripts to support Design, Art, and Engineering.
Mentor junior/intermediate staff by giving constructive and technical feedback and support.
Creatively and proactively solve resource-restricted tech challenges while working on the art assets that make it in game.
Troubleshooting between Art and Engine.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of 3DS Max / Maya.
Strong understanding the theory and pipelines properly of Animation / Skeletons / Gears / Skin / Rigging for organic and mechanical stuff.
Experience creating animation assets for PC/console games with 3DS Max/Maya with CAT and CS.
At least five years of relevant experience in the game development industry.
Self-driven, responsible and detail-oriented person.
Passion for computer games.
Ability to adapt to new technologies.
Team player.
Pluses
Knowledge of very complex animation setup/rigging.
Experience using CryEngine.
Experience with MaxScript/MEL.
Knowledge of motion capture and has ability to manipulate Motion Builder.
Knowledge of Perforce.
Experience in other scripting and programming languages (XML, Lua, Python, etc.)
Familiarity working with assets that use Physically Based Shading techniques.
