主要任务和职责：

1、确保新产品的生产准备就绪，有很强的执行力。拥有制造、质量和成本投入的计划。

2、根据客户订单的要求，为初步的设计变化（如大小增加）创造工程物理清单和图纸，并在ERP系统内完成所有的文件更新。

3、协调经营的改进主动权来提高生产率和质量，包括但不限于：包括提高过程能力及监测，并鼓励生产人员不断改进。

4、确保在新方法、设备、工具上给予生产人员适当的培训。提供技术支持去解决生产和质量问题，包括推进纠正措施和详细的跟进。

5、推进失效分析（内部和退货）

6、执行供应链采购及质量管理等活动，比如：

参与供应商的审核和评估小组；

在供应商质量管理活动中承担领导作用，包括分析解决问题和持续过程改进；

确定首要条款活动来确定关键因素和要求，并为生产解决使产品具有发布的资格；

批准供应商工具设计；

与各种职能领域相互交流，比如生产，质量，工程，计划，航运，会计等，以解决与采购 相关联的任何供应，质量，会计，或物流问题。

7、协助其他团队成员在对客户的查询或其他要求的信息做出反应。

8、在马陆工厂维护数据库中的与质量相关的信息，过程和程序，包括纠正/预防措施的过程。

要求：

知识和技能：

1、 机械装配和磨具的所有阶段的工作知识，包括焊接

2、 作为管理人员的有效沟通能力

3、 较强的变更控制管理。

4、 精通解释和熟练控制工程图纸和CAD文件

5、 一般的电脑技能，包括但不限于数据库、ERP系统、MS Office

6、 能够有效的与工程人员和运营管理者进行沟通

7、 英语听说读写流利

8、 有效的书面和口头沟通能力，很好的解决问题的技能

教育背景：

机械制造、过程控制、机电工程专业大专以上学历

工作经验：

1、 在制造领域或材料工程和机电组件，包括供应商和产品开发团队工作5年以上工作经验。

2、 复杂机电产品2年以上工作经验

3、 至少2年以上管理经验

ESSENTIAL TASKS & DUTIES:
§ Ensure the manufacturing readiness of new products; influence strong execution. Own the design of Manufacturability, Quality, and Cost input. Apply initiative, creativity and a results oriented approach.
§ Create Engineering BoMs & drawings for minor design changes (such as size additions) required for customer orders and complete all documentation updates in the ERP system.”
§ Coordinate operational improvement initiatives to improve productivity and quality including but not limited to:
Incorporating controls, enhancing process capability & monitoring, and encouraging continual improvement with production personnel;
§ Assuring proper training of manufacturing personnel on new methods, equipment, and tooling.Providing technical support to resolve manufacturing and quality problems, including driving corrective action and detailed follow up.
§ Facilitating Failure Analysis (internal and Returned Goods).
§ Perform supply chain sourcing and quality management activities such as:
o Participating on supplier audit and evaluation teams;
o Assuming lead role in supplier quality management activities that involve analytical problem solving and continuous process improvement;
o Providing technical support to resolve manufacturing and quality problems, including driving corrective action and detailed follow up;
o Facilitating first article activities to identify critical parameters and requirements and resolve issues to qualify products for production;
o Approving supplier tooling designs.
o Interface with various functional areas, such as Production, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Shipping, Accounting, etc. in order to resolve any supply, quality, accounting, or logistic problems associated with purchased items.
§ Escalate issues that cannot be directly solved to the appropriate contact in a timely manner.
§ Perform transactions needed to update IFS database and/or other reporting tools.
§ Assist other team members in response to customer inquiries or other requests for information.
§ Maintain the database of quality related information, processes and procedures in the Malu factory, including Corrective/Preventative Action Process.
§ Serve as back-up to the Production Lead.
o Set and communicate daily prioritized tasks; prepare and release shop orders with materials to be built on schedule.
o Review and sign-off each completed shop order. Ensure scrap and re-work are properly administered.
o Manage assembler work hours and approve time off in accordance with Company policy and production schedules.
Execute the Material Review Board (MRB) process for product that does not meet quality standards. Ensure proper sign-offs and NCR transactions as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge & Skills:
§ Working knowledge of all phases of electro-mechanical assembly and tooling, including soldering.
§ Ability to effectively communicate with direct reports as well as management staff.
§ Strong knowledge of change control management.
§ Proficient at interpreting and manipulating engineering drawings and CAD files. Knowledge of CoCreate or other 3D Solid modeling CAD tool preferred.
§ Intermediate PC skills including but not limited to database, ERP systems, and MS Office.
§ High mechanical aptitude required.
§ Ability to pass Zetec Eddy Current Level 1 certification within one year of hire. Training will be provided.
§ Ability to effectively interface with engineering staff and operations management.
§ Fluency in written, verbal and interpersonal skills in the English language.
§ Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and able to employ effective time management skills.
§ Emphasizes attention to detail and accuracy.
§ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
§ Good problem solving skills.
Experience:
§ Minimum five years of experience working in the field of manufacturing or materials engineering and electro-mechanical assembly, including work with suppliers and product development teams.
§ Minimum two years of experience with custom/complex electromechanical products.
§ Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.
