What are my responsibilities?

· Responsible for the FA digitalization expert team’s yearly target achievement and daily management
· Implement the strategies of DF FA within his team
· Coordinate necessary internal resources (resources from China locally and headquarters as well) to deliver the appropriate digitalization solution suggestions to customers based on SIMATIC digitalization solution
· Manage the report/review customer acquisition activities/status on request of management and keep up to date records on customer projects progress
· Promote Digitalization solution and Product to his and team’s responsible customers
· Keep high satisfaction of his and team’s customers


What do I need to qualify for this job
· At least have consultant experience and knowledge of digitalization project
· At least 3 year’s engineering experience in automation and electric
· At least 3 year’s team management experience
· Rich knowledge of responsible SIEMENS products or competitors corresponding products
· Bachelor or above in automation and electric
· Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen
· Good presentation skills to present in front of large audience
· Quick learner and with good business sense
· Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up
· Team work spirit
