职位： Trainer / Senior Trainer

工作职责：

负责深圳各类培训事务的跟进和实施；

组织并实施各类培训课程，包括销售课程、服务课程、主管课程等；

按公司要求完成每月培训计划；

配合和跟进公司各类培训项目；

日常店铺跟进和指导；

部门内部行政事务及与各部门协调工作；

完成上级安排的其他事务。

岗位要求：

大专以上学历，具零售培训工作经验2年以上，可独立授课；

工作认真负责，积极主动，有团队合作意识，有较好的协调沟通能力；

热爱零售行业，对时尚有兴趣。
