工作职责：

1.负责项目精装修工程的设计协调和现场施工管理工作；

2.负责现场装饰工程的日常管理工作，协调土建、安装等专业工程的现场配合工作；负责对监理单位关于装饰工程方面的监理工作进行日常检查，有效控制施工进度；

3.定期对项目进场材料的质量、规格及施工质量、交付验收等进行全面检查；

4.及时发现、解决本专业各项工作中存在的问题，按要求的工期指标完成工作；

5.参加精装修工程变更、现场签证审核工作以及各项现场验收、评定、竣工验收备案、物业移交工作；

6.协助完成装修工程相关的各项招标工作；

7.完成领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，工程管理等工程相关类专业；

2.3年以上相关工程管理工作经验；

3.具有较强的责任心和敬业精神，良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力，有较强的现场管控及统筹经验；

4.能熟练使用电脑和办公软件,CAD绘图软件等其他软件的操作。
