【广州市区】装修维保巡检,物业维修

岗位概述：

在项目经理的安排下负责广州市区各装修项目质保期的巡检、维修，负责室内装修的检查、报修、保养、维修和配件更换等。

岗位职责：

1、听从项目经理工作安排，按计划对室内装修进行维护保养；

2、按计划每天、每周、每月对室内设施进行巡检，发现问题及时登记和反馈；

3、对室内墙面、天花、木饰面、油漆等进行检查和维修；

4、协调各工序和工种之间的关系，及时汇报维修进度；

5、大型改造时，负责施工现场安全文明施工管理（比如现场成品保护、减低对客户入驻后的影响等）；

6、根据维保应急响应制度，及时跟进维修要求。

任职资格：

1、要求从事【办公楼物业维修】专业工作5年以上；

2、熟悉室内物业维护技术，有大型物业维修、维保等经验优先考虑；熟悉水电、空调等机电设备更佳；

3、熟悉施工图纸，熟练使用CAD软件；

4、并具备一定的施工现场管理经验，能够吃苦耐劳，沟通能力强；

5、主要工作地点为广州天河区。
