岗位职责：

1、拓宽招聘渠道，定期发布更新JD，收集简历，完善公司业内人才库；

    

2、简历筛选、电话沟通、面试安排、面试测评、薪资谈判、及相关入职事宜沟通；

    3、员工入离职、调岗调薪等手续办理，员工档案信息的管理、更新、完善等；

4、劳动合同的签订、续签与管理，跟进后续的实习期/试用期评估；

    

5、整理、汇总日常考勤，完成绩效考核工作；

    

6、协助配合人事行政部突发的行政工作；

7、上级领导交办的其他工作内容。

岗位要求：

    

1、招聘经验丰富，有室内设计，或建筑设计等相关行业经验者优先；

2、把握应试人心理，善于沟通，能够独立完成整个招聘流程环节的工作；

3、抗压性强，责任心强，敬业度高；

4、做事积极主动，注重实效，专业务实。

    

5、为人公正无私，心态豁达，具有良好的职业素养及团队意识。

6、对于多项工作任务能合理安排，按时完成。
