Job Responsibilities

-Work with product manager, architects, technical leaders to define the overall release schedule and development process
-Work with Product manager and Technical architect to make sure the content is good planned and can be covered in the release schedule.
-Monitor overall release status to make sure the deliverables. work with technical leader to run Scrum of Scrum meeting, detect project risk/issues timely based on the status, drive issues fixing, come up with mitigation plan for risks, follow up actions and mitigation plan
-Regular review with management team, update status, point out issues and figure out the corresponding mitigation plan. Provide project status update and report to the senior management team and WW stakeholders.
-Work with dependence team to make sure all the release schedule good aligned.
-Pro-actively monitor and control projects changes and risks, direct compliance to project and project management standards, processes, tools and techniques throughout the organization.
-Coordinate legal, business or resource requirements


Requirements:

-Proven successful project management experience.
-At least 5 years experience in IT industry. At least 2 years solid experience at a release management/project management position in the multinational company.
-Good knowledge of project management, software development, agile methodology, process and tools. Have agile project experience, knowledge of scrum, XP;
-Strong technical background, understand key cloud technologies.
-Organization level process definition/enhancement/maintenance and Quality Assurance experience in project management are strong plus;
-Familiar with JAZZ, MS Project or other project management tools;
-Strong leadership, negotiating and coaching skills. Creative problem solving; flexibility and adaptability
-Strong ability to work multithreading
-Good teamwork, flexible, responsible and take ownership;
-Proactive, good interpersonal, logical thinking, analytical skills; Strong problem solving skills.
-Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
-PMP certification is a strong plus
