The POSITION

We are looking for self-motivated individual who understands events and live marketing. A successful sales person needs top-down empowerment and the full support of project managers to engage current and potential clients. Main TaskS

· Develop strong opportunity pipelines in event marketing

· Define market transparency in, identify clear target key account list, and support Project Managers to implement key account development strategy

· Define and implement business development strategy, and enlarge market share in key segments

· Develop and nurture relationships with target clients to enhance the company's position in the market.

· Establish, grow and manage long-term and profitable customer relationships.

Qualifications

· Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English (German speaking ability highly desired but not a requisite)

· Excellent writing ability in both Mandarin and English

· Bachelor’s degree in related field

· Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in in marketing communications / advertising, event planning or public relations

· Strong understanding of events & live marketing

· Uncanny business acumen; the ability to effortlessly engage top management and drive win-win situations

· A personal presence that builds client relationships and emphasizes high energy, congeniality, and effective teamwork
