食堂（膳食）管理经理—有大型工厂食堂管理经验优先

工作职责：

1. 有较强的领导力、决策力，全面负责公司食堂的管理，处理食堂日常事务；
2. 有3年以上大型餐饮业采购、出入库管理经验，能全面做好账目记录、成本预算及实际管控等管理流程；
3. 生产季节合理控制公司用餐成本，保障员工良好伙食质量，严格管控成本与质量幅度；
4. 严格遵守《食品安全法》，带领员工搞好食堂环境卫生、饮食卫生和员工个人卫生，杜绝饮食卫生安全事故的发生；
5. 认真落实食堂管理规章制度，督促员工完成本职工作，做到管理科学化、服务规范化；
6. 做好食堂部门的风险评估、杜绝员工工伤事件发生，严格遵守公司安全生产章程；
7. 配合公司其他部门工作、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

职位要求：

1. 5年以上餐饮管理工作经验，具有餐饮业专业知识，三年以上膳食/餐厅/食堂管理经验；
2. 熟知餐饮相关的法律法规和制度；
3. 具有计划、监督、人事、服务、食品成本控制等相关知识；
4. 具有较强的管理能力、社会活动能力、领导能力、协调能力。
