岗位职责：

1. 全面负责工程部的日常运行，组织并监督本部门人员完成各自的本职工作；

2. 总结各部门管理经验，编制工程部年度工作计划，并对计划进行分解，监控计划的实施，；

3. 管理所辖人员，对直接下属岗位的人员进行日常工作的指导、监督，对其进行考核、培养、选拔；

4. 根据公司的相关规章制度和要求，组织制定各部门的制度、规定、规范、标准，并组织相关制度、规定、规范、标准的执行；

5. 监督、管理、审核各部门费用支出；

6. 协调本部门与公司其他部门的工作，加强与各部门的沟通与合作，努力完成公司总体目标；

7. 主持部门工作例会，协调各部门工作，安排主要任务；

8. 监督检查各部门管理制度的执行情况，对存在的问题进行协调与解决；

9. 负责本部门团队建设管理，组织团队培训；

10. 负责对项目成本进行控制，审核材料、设备的采购申请，审核项目进度款支付；

11. 及时向总经理汇报工作，完成上级下达的工作指令；

12. 完成上级分配的其它工作。

任职要求：

1. 35－45周岁，工民建、土木工程、建筑工程等工程类相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 一级建造师资质；工程师职称；高级工程师优先；

3. 具有10年及以上室内办公室精装修工程管理工作经验，掌握装饰工程专业知识，熟悉装饰工程施工工艺、验收规范；

4. 有强烈的事业心、责任心，秉公办事，不谋私利，执行力、抗压能力强；

5. 能充分领会总经理的经营意图，有较强的组织、领导、沟通及应变能力；

6. 具有较强的文字处理能力、语言表达能力；

7. 熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件、项目管理软件；

8. 符合公司企业文化要求，适应公司管理模式。
