岗位职责：
•Building up effective sales channels and partnerships, cooperate with internal parties to achieve business targets of the region.
•Proactively implement RBWM plan including online and total new acquisition goals, manage the channel cost to income ration in alignment with group direction.
•Contribute to developing business strategy through cost control income generating ideas.

任职要求：
•Minimum of 3 years' relevant banking experience in digital strategy and online acquisition direction
•Strong customer service orientation, good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
