1、  制定和实施购物中心的年度营销和促销计划（包括开业前和开业后阶段）；

2、  充分发挥对零售商家资源和品牌信息的了解，完成项目前期顾问工作；

3、  通过对零售商家资源的掌握，以及本地市场的深刻理解，形成对零售商业项目定位的思考和判断，并完成定位相关报告的撰写工作；

4、  协调及管控零售商业的市场调研工作，并把控相关调研报告的质量；

5、  主导进行与业主开发商的沟通，了解开放商的诉求；

6、  搭建商铺部团队，完成对商铺部团队的管理工作。

职位要求：

1、国内外知名高校本科以上学历，房地产相关专业背景；

2、有五年以上本地零售商业商铺项目拓展工作经验，掌握丰富的开发商资源；

3、熟悉本地零售商业市场的现状与变化趋势；

4、较强的沟通和表达能力；

5、熟练运用PPT、WORD、SPSS等工具，掌握PPT报告撰写技巧；

6、有国际商业地产顾问公司工作经验者优先；
