Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monthly judgemental entries input including salary & Benefits, sales commission, rebate etc.

• Monthly review non-judgemental entries and make sure all the expenses are booked accurately and timely.

• Input the monthly/quarterly/annual report in Khalix on time

• Prepare the monthly reports and send to group reporting on time

• Fixed assets management including monthly assets status update and annual stock-take

• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation on time

• Prepare monthly trail balance review

• Monthly report package submit for MI HK on time

• Complete monthly SOX on time

• Assist annual statutory audit for China & HK and prepare the reconciliation Statutory to US GAAP Accounts

• Scan and upload the invoices including import duties & VAT, outsourcing vendors and foreign invoices. Prepare the outsourcing payments and IC payments monthly.

• Monthly mileage check

• Other tasks assigned by manager/controller

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting/Finance

• Solid working experience in accounting (at least 3 years in manufacturing industry)

• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision

• Good team cooperation and communication skill

• Familiar with ERP system(e.g. SAP) and other computer skills(Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

• Fluent both in written and spoken English
