Job Description

1,Manage HT engineers' team acc. to quality, safety, cost and delivery KPI.
？基于质量、安全、成本、交付关键目标，管理、组织工程师团队的日常工作
2,Regularly review and update process documents,such as P-FMEA, control plan, working instruction，Safety working instruction.？ 定期回顾、更新工艺文件，如过程潜在失效模式分析、控制计划、操作指导、安全指导？？？？？？？ 3, Optimize heat treatment process with innovative mindset.
？保有创造性思维对热处理工艺及过程进行持续的优化
4, Provide professional guidance and supports for engineers.
？可以给工程师团队专业的引导意见和必要的支持
5,Keep good and effective communication with global plants and related depts.
？与相关的兄弟工厂及相配合的部门在业务中保持良好、有效地沟通

Qualifications

1,Good written and oral English ability
有较好的英语书写及口语交流能力
2,Bachelor degree majored in Material science and engineering; basic management experience is preferred.
大学本科以上毕业, 金属材料专业; 一定的管理经验优先
3,Five years working experiences in chemical heat treatment fields and familiar with carburizing, carbonitriding, nitriding and nitro-carburizing process.
5年以上化学热处理行业工作经验,？ 熟悉气体渗碳、碳氮共渗，氮化、氮碳共渗工艺
4, Know well about HT related special process assessment, HSE & Quality system audit(CQI-9, ISO9001, ISO14001&OHSAS18001).
熟悉热处理相关的热处理特殊过程、HSE、质量体系审核流程
