2、与人才进行有效沟通，针对客户职位要求对人才进行沟通、评估、筛选与推荐；

3、与团队合作，成功完成各项人才寻访委托任务。

职位要求：

1、大专及以上学历；

2、1年以上汽车行业猎头相关工作经验；

3、学习能力出色，逻辑思维能力强，有好奇心；

4、灵活运用各种软件和手机App来提高效率；

5、良好的职业操守。
