职位职责
1、收集、积累、更新互联网各个公司的组织架构，薪资结构、经营状况以及用人需求，用人标准和企业文化；
2、进行客户职位分析，制定详细的寻访方案，选择寻访渠道；
3、建立人才搜寻渠道，了解中高级人才的动态信息；
4、为客户交付候选人：甄选、有效沟通、推荐候选人、候选人面试安排、结果反馈、背景调查及后续跟踪服务；
6、完成日常的人才数据库录入与更新；
7、完成个人及团队业务指标。
职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、1年以上猎头相关工作经验；
3、学习能力出色，逻辑思维能力强，有好奇心；
4、灵活运用各种软件和手机App来提高效率；
5、良好的职业操守。
