Job Description
· Mechanical system design, conversion & design improvement
· Production drawing drafting
· Choose the raw materials and the process
· Follow up for the machine set up
Main Responsibilities
· Direct design, development and improvement design for the organization products.
· Coordinate with other functions in order to establish and maximize allocation of resources, costs and time frames for projects.
· finished the task before the deadline
Other Responsibilities
· Assists other members of the project team with required engineering input to complete design work related to project assignments.
· Ensure that good technical engineering concepts are used in the development of products.
· Analyze and solve the product technical problems
· Maintain current knowledge of mechanical technology developments and trends;
· Develop comprehensive understanding of company's product offerings and capabilities;
· Other assigned work.
Requirements
· Bachelor degree or above and major in mechanical design.
· Minimum 5 years mechanical design experience in mechanical industries.
· Familiar with mechanical industrial standards and regulations
· Good knowledge of international quality norms and standards is plus
· Proficient in using AutoCAD to make mechanical drawing, knowledge of Office Word and Excel is required.
· Excellent communication skills，high degree of flexibility, work hard and interested in learning.
· Good English language skills in reading

3.有精密机械（特别是精密线性模组）设计和安装调试经验；

二、职位描述：
1.设计公司新产品的测试平台；
2.负责安排外协机械加工，装配，调试；
3.与电气部分协作完成机电联调；
4.根据具体情况改进设计或根据客户要求或修改设计。
