Managing daily capacity and working with the San Mateo office to ensure all open and future purchase orders can be fulfilled on time.

Reviewing production schedules on a weekly basis to ensure that all requested dates by the San Mateo team can be met. Working in SAP to edit dates and other attributes.

Drive new processes and procedures as provided by the San Mateo team.

Ensure factory is adhering to all quality specifications – provide feedback and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Track and report raw material status physically at each supplier and report this information back to the San Mateo team

Managing New Product Introductions from cradle to grave – NPI responsibilities are listed below.

Negotiate and collect pricing information to submit to the Supply Team in San Mateo

Work with factories to ensure capacity lines up with launch needs

Hold supplier accountable to all tooling date commitments

Actively track production ramp up and ensure that tooling meets maximum output based on the tooling/launch plan

Drive end-of-life activities as necessary

Requirements:

1: 5+ years of experience would be preferred.

2: Experience with injection molding is preferred.

3: Fluent English in both of verbal and written

4: Solid computer skills in MS Office, especially in Excel

5: Experience with negotiating pricing

6: Availability to participate in conference calls during U.S. PST time

7: Suitable for frequently business trip in GuangDong area
