- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI, we are looking for an Events/Trade Show Coordinator.

What are my responsibilities?

- Understand Marketing event/customer seminar/tradeshow

- Engages in the development, planning and implementation of CAD related marketing activities

- Marketing Lead generation thru various marketing activity

- Comfortable to gather date/analyze competitive information

- Interact with Sales team to be ready to develop plan/execution

- Suggest new approach for Sales and marketing leaders to penetrate into new market

- Understand SMB/Mid-range CAD/PLM market

- Works with Direct sales, channel sales management/channel sales Rep. within the organization to fulfill successful marketing event.

- Requires advanced skills with high level of proficiency.

- May consult with senior peers on general projects.

- Good at marketing budget operation

- Works with minimal supervision

- Able to travel when necessary

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- BA/BS degree (Business management will be preferred)

- 4-7 years of Marketing experience in IT field (CAD will be preferred)

- Must have event organization/planning/execution

- Excellent knowledge of all different marketing vehicle and marketing processes

- Good business acumen

- Industry experience will be preferred

- Experience with channel sales support and project management

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with senior level management; strong presentation skills

- Excellent communication skill/Interpersonal skill/Presentation skill

- Fluent in Chinese and English
