- For our Energy Sector Wind Power Division in Shanghai we are looking for three Proposal Manager at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Responsible for technical matters within the sales team including technical proposal /contract development
- Establish the cost side of projects
- Manage interfaces to the engineering, SCM and project management sub-divisions
- Prepare tender offer and contract documents
- Participate in negotiations with customers on technical matters
- Prepare the technical limits of authority
- Perform technical handover to project management
- Analysis of pre-sales activities by won and lost orders and drawing conclusions for sales strategy
- Leadership/Coaching of the sales team as well as coaching of the associated partners in the regional entitles

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 5* years similar experience in Wind Power industry
- Bachelor or above degree with major in mechanical, engineering, or other related field
- Fluent in English and strong communication skills
