职位描述

Accountabilities
? Quality Management
Be the project manager for EQMS Deployment Project..
- Communication -> Centralizes the release of official documents regarding Incontournables (generic & site-specific version, version updates, Q&A etc) and Incontournables implementation (implementation schedule, stakeholders, process and result etc).
- Customization -> Centralizes site customization elements and process in coordination with BU SPOC, adapts generic incontournables version into site customized version.
- Support & feedback -> Builds and maintains the mechanism and tool to ensure the support (from SF to OP) and feedback (from OP to SF) is channelled efficiently.
- In charge of L2 Internal Audit and CAPA Management to EQMS Sites
- Supporting on-site L1 Self-inspection and auditing.
- Training -> Develops training materials and training plan; Coordinates with HR training team to deliver the trainings to OP.
- Project Management -> Leads EQMS Project Plan, Workshop, Client Feedback collecting and continue improvement

? To develop and manage company business process
- Assist Quality Director to develop Business Management process
- matrix and related process maps.
- Assist Quality Manager to develop and implement procedures in
- On junction with various subject matter experts in the Facility Management Support team and Operations teams in the key areas of Facility Management service development and delivery.
- Work with Quality Director to maintain and accurate quality data
- collection, recording and reporting system.
- Train the Operations teams and Support functions about finalized
- Business Management Processes
- Assist National Quality Manager to develop and implement procedures in conjunction with various subject matter experts in the Facility Management Support Service team and Operation teams in the key areas of Facility Management service development and delivery
- Ensure company’s quality objectives and requirements are achieved.
- Verify that Business Management Processes are in use, functional and efficient.
- Work with Quality Manager to collect information from Operations and provide monthly reports on problems (Pareto, SPC and other methods).
- Assist Quality Manager to carry our RMA (Risk Management) activity for respective Facility Management departments.
- Ensure company’s quality objectives and requirements are achieved.
- Verify that Business Management Processes are in use, functional and efficient.
- Work with Quality Manager to collect information from Operations and provide monthly reports on problems (Pareto, SPC and other methods).
- Assist Quality Manager to carry our RMA (Risk Management) activity for respective Facility Management departments.

Requirements
? Essential 必备条件
- Education Background教育背景
Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or QA discipline or equivalent.
- Working Experience工作经验
At least 3 years experience in the implementation and management of quality management system (ISO9001:2008) in a multinational environment is desired.
1. 5 years and above working experience with Pharma or Fine Chemical industry
5年以上医药化工行业相关工作经验
2. 3 years and above working experience on operating management position
3年以上运营管理岗位工作经验
3. At least 3 years experience in a company-wide establishment and implementation of quality policy, quality manual, quality procedures and related working instructions
4. Experience with client management and CRM
