职位描述
1.需要保安管理岗位经验3-5年至少，少于3年的不考虑。（管理经验仅限：主管及以上级别，普通保安队长及领班不包含在内）；
2.***年龄在35岁在45岁之间，可适当放宽前后3年（32岁至48岁之间）。
3.有良好的沟通能力、组织能力和团队协调能力，能处理团队管理中的员工危机，对于不符合绩效的员工做到有效管理和培训。
4.必须要能够有良好的书面及文字表达能力，能够完成每周及月度、季度、年度的工作完成情况报告及各类报表。
5.电脑办公软件灵活运用，有信心做好厂区的各项安全、消防等各类事务性管理工作。
6.该岗位需要提供无犯罪记录证明，不能提供的人员不符合公司的录用条件。
7.地点靠近地铁5号线老闵行，对于路程不能接受的，不适合本岗位。
8.本岗位享受年终奖考评制度，在绩效通过的情况下，根据绩效情况享受年终奖。
9.有餐补、或提供免费午餐。（两者有其一）。
